I had a water leak and found myself in need of a plumber but didn’t know who to call. A friend of mine referred someone who I called, left a message and he never called me back. So I went online and started searching. We all want someone who is honest, has integrity, does great work, will not try and take advantage of your situation, and gives great customer service. There are certain things I look for in customer reviews which I saw on Buddy the Plumbers reviews. So I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Tyler who told me he would be there within two hours, and he was! He was so easy to work with, great communication, very knowledgeable, and very personable. He came in, got the job done (and done correctly) Overall just a great experience and a fantastic job at a reasonable price. So if you’re in need of a plumber and you don’t know who to call, give these guys a call. I can honestly say, they really took care of me!

Buddy the Plumber gave me the best experience I’ve ever had with any service coming to my home — bar none. Tyler was the technician who came out, and his kindness, knowledge, and professionalism were unmatched. After being over-quoted by multiple “big company” plumbers, I had convinced myself that any plumbing visit was going to cost thousands of dollars. Tyler immediately put us at ease. He took the time to crawl under the house with me and clearly explain exactly what was going on (twice). He didn’t just fix the problem — he fixed it the right way and made sure it wouldn’t happen again. Honest, thorough, and incredibly professional.
